Ambleside Country House is set on a hillside, overlooking the famous Fancourt Golf Estate and is a mere 6 minute drive from the centre of George. Ambleside offers 14 rooms – luxury suites, luxury and standard rooms – each with its own character and offering. Most rooms have walk-in showers and baths. All rooms have TV, tea/coffee making facilities, firm comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep and sundecks that open to private and peaceful surroundings, with a heated swimming pool and large grounds where you can enjoy your relaxation. A 5-hole putting green and chipping area is available for golfers. Ambleside is famous for Ambience, lovely gardens and views and the most central position on the Garden Route.
