Mountain View Lodge is situated in the picturous city of George the jewel of the Garden Route. We offer accredited Self Catering accommodation in luxury apartments and in addition offer Bed and Breakfast.

Our Units are tastefully furnished and include all one would need for an unforgettable home away from home.

Our Garden speaks of peace and tranquillity and guests could enjoy our sparkling pool and the kids could get rid of their energy on our jungle gym and trampoline.

At night one could make use of their own private “Braai” area and enjoy a drink at the MVL Pub, a challenge on the pool table could earn you a couple of frostys. Light snacks are available from the menu.

The Fancourt Hotel and Country Club. Hosting three of the top ten golf courses in the country naming, Outeniqua, Montague and Links courses, this Mecca of golf is only 2 Km from the Lodge.Added for the golf enthusiast is the George Golf Club. Also rated as one of the ten best courses in South Africa - only 2,5 Km from the Lodge.

Enjoy the nostalgia of going on a day trip onboard the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoo which departs from the George station round trip on-route to Hartenbos.

For the fittest amongst us indulge in the various off road Mountain Bike routes as well as as scenic walking trails within a stone throw's distance from the Lodge

 Two bedroom unit with 1 x double bed and 2 x single and with a double sleeper couch in lounge. Sleep 4 people.
One x en-suite bathroom with shower only. Unit can accommodate up to 7 persons. Additional persons will be charged on a per person per day basis.

Montagne

Two bedroom unit with 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. Two single sleeper couches in lounge. Sleep a maximum of 4 people. Bathroom with shower.

Eden

 One bedroom unit with one x double bed and double sleeper couch in lounge. Sleep maximum 4 people. En-suite bathroom with shower.

Glentana

One bedroom unit with Queen size bed and 1 single bed. Sleeps maximum 3 people. En-suite bathroom with shower.

Loerie

Open plan unit with double bed and 1 single bed. Sleep maximum 3 people. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Shekinak

The ultimate in luxury. This facility offers a queen size bed with spa bath and shower with fireplace in room and small lounge and kitchenette. Home entertainment centre with surround sound. Ideal for honeymoon couples. Sleeps two.
